Find more options and context menus
Select drawing geometry to reveal its nearby options. For an individual footing, use the small three-dot button beside the marker; the right inspector stays bay-level.
What you will accomplish
- Know where item-specific menus appear
- Open beam and footing controls from the drawing
- Understand when changes apply immediately
Look beside the selected geometry
Many drawing-specific controls appear only after selection. Click the item, then look for a small settings pill or the larger three-dot button beside the highlighted geometry.
Beam lines, the selected ledger edge, outer joists, and roof-support posts can expose these nearby controls. A footing is the important exception: drag its marker to move it, or click the small three-dot button beside it for individual settings. The marker does not open a separate right inspector.
